So "something everyday" - one drawing every single day was a failure. But to be honest, 2 hours of drawing everyday when your wedding is near and your family + your groom's family is visiting + working full time is quite impossible...

Well now that the wedding is done (that's right, I'm a married woman) ... well there's only the full-time-work excuse left, or in other word, keeping the motivation high is a problem ...

so if anyone is reading this journal, what have you done to keep up a regular commitment (like exercising everyday etc. ... ), to keep your spirit high??

Congratulations on your marriage!

I'm terrible at sticking to commitments myself. I've found the best thing for me is to find someone else to help me stay on-task. I've managed to stay in my workout routines by getting a workout buddy to remind me to exercise with them every day. Maybe you could find a friend to do a drawing with you every day? Maybe get into a routine of going out somewhere to draw with a friend for a couple hours? Just an idea. =)
